Customers must provide BACHÌ with complete and accurate details when making purchases. BACHÌ is not liable if we are given an incorrect delivery address at the time of purchase. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer.

After placing an order, We will send a confirmation of your purchase to your email address. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contact with our customer support in relation to your purchase.
BACHÌ reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. Customers will be immediately contacted in these cases.
BACHÌ is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation.
We offer credit notes and refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases. Once we have received and inspected your return, a refund will be processed (kindly note that we only accept once a free return in case of incorrect sizing).
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt by the customer (including products with suspected manufacturing faults). We do not accept returns on undergarments, accessories or sale items. We reserve the right to reject any items that do not meet the return requirements.
