return&exchange policy

BACHÌ has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to send it back to our return centre for a refund or exchange. The item(s) must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag, etc.).

Our exchanges are free once per order (all items in that order are exchangeable). Note that in case you want a full refund, we will refund you the full amount minus the shipping costs.

Yes, as long as we have your size in stock you can easily exchange your item(s) for free once per order. This involves all the clothes in the order as long as they are being sent in the same package.

An exchange is not a refund. In case you want a full refund, we will refund you the full amount minus the shipping costs.

Shipping costs
We do not stand for shipping costs of returned items by customers, the shipping costs will be withdrawn from your refund. We do offer free exchanges once per order, please find more information here. Make sure to take a look at our size guide to make sure you order your correct size.

To return/exchange you’ll need two papers:

1) RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM FOR INSIDE THE PACKAGE

1. Fill in the return&exchange form
2. Email order@bachicreation.com a clear photo or scan of your return&exchange form with the subject of the mail: ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ + your order number + your full name

3. Place the copy of your form inside your package

2) RETURN/EXCHANGE LABEL FOR ON THE PACKAGE

Once your request is confirmed by our team, you will receive a return label by mail. Print out the return label and paste it on your package. Make sure the label is visible on the outside of the package and the package is properly closed.

You have 3 options to return your package:

1. Bring it to your nearest DHL drop-off point
2. Schedule a pick-up through the DHL website
3. Schedule a pick-up by calling DHL
